No operational substitute
The website and products do not replace current regulations, FAA guidance, approved aircraft documents, required endorsements, medical qualification, instruction, reviews, checks, tests, or professional judgment. You are responsible for confirming the current requirements and authoritative documents applicable to the actual aircraft, flight, certificate, operation, and date.
Purchases and delivery
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Digital delivery begins after the payment provider confirms a paid order through the server webhook. The purchase email is used to issue secure library access. Do not share purchase-access links.
Workspace subscriptions
Workspace plans renew at the interval and price shown at Stripe checkout until canceled. Billing management and cancellation are available through the Stripe customer portal. When paid or trial access ends, editing and export may be disabled while records remain available for a reasonable recovery period. A planning result or workflow status is not an FAA determination, endorsement, instructor signature, or substitute for required records.
Acceptable use
You may use the site lawfully and may not probe security, bypass access controls, scrape protected product files, interfere with service, misrepresent 228 Aviation materials as official FAA products, or redistribute content beyond the license.
Corrections and availability
Regulations, guidance, links, and products can change. 228 Aviation may correct, update, replace, or withdraw materials. Report a suspected source or safety issue through the contact page.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service and digital materials are provided without a guarantee of training outcome, practical-test result, regulatory status, or fitness for a particular flight or operation.
