Immediate digital access
Digital files are delivered immediately after confirmed payment. Because access cannot be physically returned, purchases are normally final once secure delivery is made. Product pages provide the outcome, contents, format, page estimate, version, review date, price, and disclaimer before checkout.
Problems we will correct
Contact 228 Aviation within 14 days for a duplicate charge, corrupt or missing file, inability to access a confirmed purchase, or a product materially different from its published description. We will first restore access or provide a corrected file. When that does not resolve a qualifying issue, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Not a basis for refund
A practical-test outcome, instructor decision, regulatory determination, disagreement with an official source, failure to read system requirements, or a change of mind after downloading normally does not qualify. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Use the contact form with the purchase email, product name, and a concise description. Do not send payment card details.
