Personal use
One purchase grants one individual a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download, print, fill, and use the purchased product for personal educational and planning purposes.
Direct instructor use
A purchasing flight or ground instructor may print or share individual worksheet pages with their own students during direct instruction, provided the instructor does not distribute the complete product, create a shared library, remove source or copyright notices, or charge separately for the file itself.
Not permitted
You may not resell, sublicense, post publicly, upload to a shared drive or learning system for general access, reproduce complete products for a school or organization, create derivative products for sale, or represent the material as FAA-approved or official.
School and organization licensing
Flight schools, clubs, universities, and other organizations require written licensing terms for multi-user or library use. Contact 228 Aviation with the instructor and student count and intended workflow.
Source material
FAA and government source materials remain subject to their own status and notices. Original 228 Aviation explanations, organization, worksheets, diagrams, scenarios, and design are protected content. Referencing a public regulation does not make the assembled commercial product public domain.
